Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Yard Driver with CDL preferred to operate in a safety-first, production-based environment. You will safely move yard equipment, perform inspections, and coordinate with dispatch and plant staff to keep operations running smoothly.

The role includes forklift operation training, a Saturday–Monday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule, and comprehensive benefits covering medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, holidays, 401k/ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license preferred.
• Current DOT Physical Card and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs during shift.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently perform yard moves using company vehicles.
• Complete truck inspections, yard checks and required paperwork.
• Communicate equipment needs and repairs to management.
• Collaborate with dispatch, plant management and site personnel.
• Load/unload trailers and operate forklifts (training provided).
• Maintain clean equipment and follow sanitation protocols.
