We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Yard Truck Driver to join our team. This role will be responsible for pulling loaded trailers in our yard and taking empties back. This role will also move trailers when needed for Mill and check yard equipment daily. This role requires a commitment to safety and excellent driving skills.

Duties

• Operate and drive different types of trucks, including roll-off trucks, and flatbeds.
• Perform route driving to transport freight to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Handle loading and unloading of cargo when necessary, ensuring proper securing of freight for safe transport.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles when required, demonstrating proficiency in handling various truck types.

Experience

• Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver's license (Class A CDL).
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and regulations in the transportation industry.
