Job summary

EMR USA is seeking a dependable General Laborer to support yard operations, housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and general labor duties. The role requires safety-mindedness, reliability, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, can lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and may have forklift experience. We offer competitive pay and benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to use basic hand tools (snip cutters, brooms, shovels, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Frequent ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overhead, climb ladders, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workplace.
• Assist with general housekeeping and yard cleanup.
• Clean and prepare work areas by removing debris and hazards.
• Assist with equipment maintenance.
• Clean barges and equipment.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
