Job summary

Rocky Mountain Agronomics Inc. is seeking a hands-on Yard & Operations professional split between yard duties and driving deliveries to local farms and customers. You’ll load trucks, help the team finish daily goals, and supervise yard staff under the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agriculture, plant operations, or a related field.
• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA safety regulations.
• Able to lift heavy materials and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule yard staff and assist Plant Manager.
• Enforce company policies and support recruitment.
• Promote a culture of safety with the safety coordinator.
• Assist dispatch with scheduling and routing for on-time delivery.
• Oversee incoming inventory unloading, processing, and storage.
• Coordinate with the shop on truck and equipment maintenance.
• Keep the yard clean and professional; assign daily tasks.
