Forza is hiring a Yard Coordinator in Midland, Texas. You will prepare, clean, and maintain portable sanitation units and company trucks to support safe and efficient delivery operations. The role requires loading/unloading, stocking supplies, and keeping the yard tidy, with emphasis on safety and adherence to procedures.

Weekend and evening hours are required. The candidate should have experience in a related field and strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Join Our Growing Team at Forza - Now Hiring a Yard Coordinator!!!

We are looking for a Yard Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team at Forza. In this critical role, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and maintaining portable sanitation units and company trucks to support safe and efficient delivery operations.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Unload/Load units onto trucks for distribution or return to the yard.
• Stock trucks with supplies.
• Clean units and trucks preparing for delivery or before returning to the yard.
• Ensure units returned to the yard in good, working condition, including brand stickers and all repairs.
• Empty holding tanks, including clean anddisinfectareas affected by sewer or septic.
• Ensure the yard and facility are clean (no rivets, trash, etc.), organized, and secured before leaving.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Follow all established safety and operation procedures and processes for assigned duties. (example-brand stickers, PPE, & ride-a-longs,etc.)
• Weekend & evening hours, required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in the related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
• Ability to work and drive in a variety of weather conditions.
• Exposure to strong odors
• Must beable75pounds at a time.
