Job summary

Agri Supply in Garner, NC is seeking a yard associate to greet customers, load merchandise, operate a forklift and pallet jack, and help keep the yard and shop clean. The role requires bending, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, and working in all weather conditions.

You will follow safety guidelines and assist with inventory and order fulfillment to ensure a positive customer experience. High school diploma or GED preferred; experience with hand tools, blueprints a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift experience or ability to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform manual tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the yard to ensure a positive experience.
• Review loading tickets and load merchandise into customers' vehicles safely.
• Unload and prep incoming yard freight; move inventory with pallet jack or forklift.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; perform audits and safety checks.
• Install and service equipment when needed and assist with general duties as assigned.
