Job summary

Coastal Farm & Ranch is seeking a store associate to uphold customer service standards, drive sales, and maintain clean, organized aisles. You will greet customers, answer questions, stock shelves, and support merchandising.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment at our Oregon location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, assist with locating products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain radio communication with all associates.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Coastal Farm products.
• Stay aware of product knowledge and promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display, and housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and trash replacement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information and merchandise promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning – such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
