Job summary

Flowly Solutions in Sacramento is seeking a motivated Yard Operations Associate to manage daily facility logistics and outdoor inventory flow. This role suits someone who thrives in outdoor environments and values dependable teamwork.

You'll organize materials, load and unload equipment, and conduct regular stock counts while supporting the team to meet daily goals. The position offers $21.00–$25.00 per hour, plus benefits and paid holidays, with a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule and

• Prior experience in general labor, material handling, freight loading, or yard work is preferred.
• Forklift or heavy machinery operation experience is a plus (onsite training is available for motivated candidates).
• High attention to detail and pride in work quality.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions reliably.
• Dependable transport to ensure consistent punctuality.
• Capability to stand for full shifts and lift up to 40 lbs safely.
