Job summary

The Hinckley Company in Ellsworth, Maine is looking for a dedicated Fiberglass Technician. In this role, you will be integral to the craftsmanship of our renowned yachts, performing tasks such as fiberglass lamination and material selection.

Experience with fiberglass or vocational training is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required. Apart from competitive benefits, you'll work in a scenic waterfront location.

Qualifications

• Zero to six months of experience with fiberglass resins or equivalent training.
• Must be able to lift between 25 and 60 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preparatory work for lamination including inspection and cleaning.
• Select materials and mix resins for curing strength.
• Lay fiberglass layers into molds, ensuring proper alignment.
