Job summary

AFC Urgent Care Brockton is seeking a radiologic technologist to perform diagnostic X-rays in a fast-paced urgent care setting. You will position patients, explain procedures, process images, and prep for physician overreads, while ensuring ALARA principles and HIPAA compliance.

Required ARRT (R) certification and MA radiology license, with reliable weekend availability and comfort with digital X-ray technology. Per diem role with weekend shifts in Brockton, MA.

The role at a glance

Schedule: Saturday 8 AM-8 PM and/or Sunday 8 AM-5 PM. Open to one day a week or both. Flexible.

Pay: $50-65/hour, depending on experience

Setting: AFC Urgent Care Brockton, 500 Westgate Drive - modern walk-in urgent care, opened 2025

Volume: ~25-40 patient visits per shift, typically 8-15 imaging studies (mostly chest, extremity, and abdomen)

Equipment: Digital DR system
