Role Overview

Mobile Radiologic Technologists deliver portable X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and various other sites, ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging on the go.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment to capture and transmit X-rays to radiologists for review, producing clinically diagnostic images as ordered by physicians.
• Transport and set up equipment within facilities, performing EKGs when required and sending results to cardiologists.
• Scan daily paperwork and billing documents per protocol, maintain vehicle and equipment, and communicate professionally with dispatch, management, peers, and clients.

Physical Requirements

Radiologic Technologists must push or pull 50-100 lbs of equipment multiple times daily (16-24 occurrences), though ramps and pulleys reduce effort; weights may increase inside facilities. Reasonable accommodations are provided for disabilities.

Submission and Certification Criteria

• Active ARRT certification and California state license, plus valid driver's license in good standing.
