Position Summary

Under the administrative supervision of the Director or Operations Supervisor and the clinical guidance of the Radiologist or Team Leader, the Radiologic Technologist independently performs most imaging exams with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities include:

managing designated areas or procedures, cross-training in various Diagnostic Imaging modalities to meet departmental staffing needs, and ensuring competency in each modality through ongoing documentation and certification renewal.

Qualifications:

Completion of AMA-approved Medical Radiography training, certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and a Vermont State License to practice Medical Radiography.

Experience:

Up to six months to achieve proficiency in the role.

This role requires flexibility, technical expertise across imaging modalities, and adherence to certification and licensing requirements.
