Turner Construction Company in Decatur, Alabama is seeking a senior purchasing and inventory leader for the xPL manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of buyers and analysts to ensure material availability and reliable flow to production, while aligning with manufacturing, engineering, and planning functions.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience, strong ERP/MRP knowledge, and proven supervisory skills. Occasional travel is expected as projects demand.

Lead purchasing and inventory management functions for xPL manufacturing facility. Manage team of buyers and inventory analysts for ensuring material availability to support production. Partner with xPL teams to deliver reliable material flow, maintain inventory accuracy, resolve supply challenges, and continuously improve operational performance.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be 130,000.00 - 180,000.00 USD annualized.
