Turner Construction Co. is seeking an experienced production leader for its xPL Offsite Manufacturing Facility in Decatur, AL. You will guide daily fabrication operations, coordinate resources, and drive safety and quality to meet schedule commitments.
You will mentor superintendents, partner with engineering and maintenance teams, and push for continuous improvement in throughput and efficiency while overseeing budget and training initiatives.

Partner with xPL fabrication facility (plant") leadership and superintendents to execute safe, high-quality, and efficient production operations in alignment with plant goals and customer requirements. Lead daily production planning, workflow coordination, and team development for schedule adherence, maximize throughput, and establish zero-incident culture. Serve as key resource to engage teams to deliver consistent, reliable, and on-time fabrication output.
