IPG is seeking an Xpak Operator in our Production department in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on operating the XPack machine, starting the line, and ensuring smooth throughput while maintaining safety and quality.
Responsibilities include inspecting parts, adjusting controls to meet specs, performing basic maintenance, and recording production metrics. Applicants should have a high school diploma, English fluency, basic math, and familiarity with AS400, Word and Excel.
