Job summary

Think Academy is seeking a Content Growth Specialist to drive Xiaohongshu-based user acquisition in the US market. You will own content creation, from topic selection to publishing, and connect it with paid growth and conversion, collaborating with paid media and sales teams.

This is a contractor role with potential full-time conversion, requiring onsite Beijing work and travel to the US during the initial phase.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Xiaohongshu operations experience.
• Hands-on Xiaohongshu paid advertising experience.
• Experience in education, tutoring, or education technology.
• Strong content skills with ownership and delivery.
• CET-6 or higher; able to communicate in English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Beijing and travel to the US for 3–4 months.

Responsibilities

• Drive User Acquisition through Xiaohongshu and optimize channel performance.
• Create high-quality content from topic selection to publishing and publishing.
• Connect content with paid growth and conversion across funnels, collaborating with paid media and sales teams.
• Analyze data to iterate and scale content strategy and acquisition results.
