Blufox Mobile is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager in Maryland to lead a bilingual team and drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach, train, and develop staff, manage daily operations, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience while meeting performance goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, Wireless Retail Manager, Telecommunications Manager, or Customer Service Manager.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Responsabilités
