With locations in multiple states and expansion plans, Blufox is at the forefront of providing high-speed Internet, Mobile, Home Security, Video, and Voice services to residential and business customers.

Compensation

• Competitive annual compensation: $65,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities

• Sales and Leadership: Maximize sales in the assigned retail location by leading a team of Representatives.
• Products and Customer Service: Utilize best practices for product positioning, account analysis, promotional offers, and customer service.
• Performance Management: Analyze the business of the retail location and implement practices to fulfill goals.
• Team Development: Recruit and train sales reps, manage key KPIs from the Sales Report, and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Incentives: Implement weekly and monthly sales incentives to meet and exceed growth objectives.
• Operations Collaboration: Work with the Operations team to improve the cost-effectiveness of operations.
• Inventory: Manage inventory for mobile devices, core cable products, and accessories.
• Policies: Follow cash handling policies and procedures, exceptions reporting, etc.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellence in customer service with every customer contact.
• Training: Coordinate with Leadership & Training team to initiate and sustain effective sales channel training and development programs.

Operations

• Cash handling and inventory: Implement and follow cash handling policies and procedures, exceptions reporting, etc.; manage inventory for mobile devices, core cable products, and accessories.

Customer Satisfaction (NPS)

• Customer experience: Strive to achieve high Net Promoter Scores with every customer interaction.

Job Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience required.
• Preferred: Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience
