Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Customer Sales Associate at a Peoria Xfinity Retail Store located at 1 Rice Lake Square, Wheaton, IL 60189. You will assist customers with products and services, demonstrate capabilities, and guide them through onboarding to ensure they understand and gain value from our offerings.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–5 years of relevant experience. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime is required.

• Complies with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
• Completes training requirements and actively engages in team huddles and learning.
• Knows and understands sales compensation plan and its key elements.
• May be asked to work in alternate stores outside of home base store.

• Must be able to carry and lift up to 25 pound boxes, stand and move about the store constantly.
