Comcast Xfinity in our retail stores seeks a energetic sales associate to engage customers, demonstrate product features, and deliver outstanding service while meeting sales targets.

You will interpret account statements, help customers manage services, promote brand and offerings, and maintain product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma is required; flexible schedule, on-the-job training, and competitive pay with benefits are offered.

Compensation

Base Pay: $16.40 Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.09 Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
