Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and monitoring product availability to meet customer needs.
• Communicating with team members and leadership to address operational requirements and resolve issues.
• Supporting promotional activities and merchandising efforts to enhance the store’s visual appeal and sales performance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:

Base Pay: $15.00 The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.38
