Job summary

Comcast is seeking a dynamic retail associate in Boynton Beach, FL to engage customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the purchasing journey. You will help customers with account questions, upsell services, and uphold a friendly, productive store environment.

You bring high energy, reliable attendance, and a willingness to learn about our technologies. Base pay starts around $15.63/hour with potential for additional compensation and comprehensive benefits.

• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.

• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.

What you will need to have

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Adjusting to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly.

Salary:

Base Pay: $15.63

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.32
