Join our operations team as a Digital Print & Production Specialist. In this role, you will manage digital data files, operate specialized laser printing equipment, and stage production workflows to ensure high-quality delivery for our customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience with ERP systems, file/data entry, or digital print equipment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to distinguish colors accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable team player who thrives under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Print & Production Execution: Process data files and operate laser printing equipment to accurately produce customer orders on schedule.
• Workflow & Material Management: Monitor production schedules, log materials using our ERP system, and manage job priorities to minimize waste and keep orders flowing.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Perform regular sample checks to ensure output meets quality and color standards, maintain logs.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate daily job schedules and customer updates with supervisors and project coordinators.
• Equipment & Safety: Assist with basic machine maintenance, notify service technicians when needed, and maintain a safe workspace with PPE.
