After onboarding, you’ll work on real client projects, contribute to front-end development, accessibility, and design systems, and explore AI-enabled experiences across industries.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field (CS, software development, HCI, informatics, digital media).
• Foundational experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from coursework, projects, or internships.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks or technologies through academic or personal projects.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, researchers, strategists, and engineers to bring digital experiences to life.
• Develop front-end solutions using modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Work through project lifecycles from discovery and ideation through delivery.
• Apply web accessibility standards and development best practices.
• Contribute to client‑facing presentations, demonstrations, and deliverables.
