K.A. Recruiting, Inc. is seeking an X-Ray Technologist for a full-time position in a top healthcare facility in South Florida.

The role involves performing diagnostic X-ray procedures, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality images for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with ARRT certification. This full-time position reports to the Radiology Director and Imaging Supervisor, offering

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
ARRT certification required.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic X-ray exams as requested by physicians, ensuring high-quality images.
Properly position patients and adjust equipment settings based on the type of exam.
Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
Follow radiation safety protocols, minimizing exposure to patients, staff, and self.
Maintain accurate patient records, including images, reports, and related documentation.
Assist in preparing patients for imaging procedures and provide education on the process.
Collaborate with radiologists to review images for clarity and diagnostic quality.
Maintain and clean X-ray equipment and ensure that it is functioning properly.
Assist with inventory management of imaging supplies and equipment.
