Job summary

Zohorecruit in Monroe, NY is seeking a motivated X-ray technician who can also support Medical Assistant duties in a busy multi-specialty practice. This full-time role requires a valid X-ray technician certification and flexibility to handle imaging and frontline tasks.

Responsibilities include performing X-ray imaging, preparing patients, ensuring image quality, and assisting providers with exams and procedures while maintaining HIPAA and infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office, urgent care, or outpatient setting preferred.
• Ability to assist with MA responsibilities when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray imaging in accordance with provider orders and protocols.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process.
• Ensure imaging quality and patient safety.
• Assist with Medical Assistant duties as needed (vital signs, exams).
• Maintain equipment and report issues.
• Follow HIPAA, safety and infection-control procedures.
