Job summary

Hartford HealthCare-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform x-ray services from newborns to seniors, under the guidance of clinical providers.

You will ensure patient positioning, adhere to ALARA radiation safety, prepare patients, and document procedures in electronic records. The role requires ARRT registration, state licensure, and BLS certification, with on-site training and growth within the X-ray field.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in a radiology setting preferred.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ARRT registration and state radiologic licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services under provider supervision.
• Position patients correctly and ensure radiation safety per ALARA.
• Prepare patients, obtain history, and document procedures in records.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment and QA/QC logs.
• Contribute to patient flow and provide quality imaging for diagnosis.
