Job summary

A leading urgent care provider is seeking an X-Ray Technologist in Indian Trail, NC. In this full-time role, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing patients. You will greet patients, position them for imaging, and ensure quality control of radiographic images. An associate’s degree and either ARRT registration or related experience are required. This role offers a supportive environment and competitive pay, with an hourly rate of $23-$30.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• ARRT registered or board eligible preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Greet patients and explain procedures in a compassionate manner.
• Position patients appropriately for imaging procedures.
• Process images and review for proper identification and quality control.
• Aid provider with prescribed patient treatments.
• Perform routine maintenance on imaging equipment.
