Job summary

CHP Health is seeking an X-ray Technologist to perform full-scope diagnostic radiologic procedures at Central Jail and Las Colinas facilities on the overnight shift. The role requires CA CRT licensure and CPR certification, with preference for 1 year of clinical experience and prior correctional healthcare exposure.

The position offers 8-hour Saturday–Sunday shifts, competitive hourly compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current, unrestricted Radiologic Technologist certification/licence (CRT) in California.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred; correctional healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope diagnostic radiologic procedures within scope of license.
• Support patient care across CHP’s Central Jail and Las Colinas facilities on the overnight shift.
• Position patients for imaging and ensure safety and accuracy of studies.
• Coordinate with radiology staff to maintain regulatory compliance.
