Job summary

SimonMed is seeking Advanced X-Ray Technologists to perform high-quality diagnostic exams and support MRI and CT workflows in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will start IVs, administer contrast, and ensure patient safety with rigorous documentation in RIS, PACS, and EMR.

Collaboration with ROCC and cross‑functional teams is essential. Ideal candidates hold ARRT Radiography certification, state licensure, BLS, and 1–2 years of radiography experience, with CT/MRI exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
• Valid state licensure required
• BLS certification required
• 1–2 years radiography experience (outpatient or hospital)

• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with precision
• Support MRI and CT workflows, including patient positioning and preparation
• Start IVs and administer contrast per protocol
• Maintain accurate documentation in RIS, PACS, and EMR
• Uphold radiation safety and infection control standards

Advanced clinical expertise:

You perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with precision while supporting MRI and CT workflows, including assisting with patient positioning and preparation. You confidently start IVs and administer contrast in accordance with protocol, ensuring safe and effective imaging procedures.

Mastery of standards and systems:

You understand anatomy, imaging protocols, and equipment across modalities. You maintain accurate documentation in RIS, PACS, and EMR systems while consistently applying radiation safety and infection control standards.

You adapt seamlessly in a high-volume outpatient setting—supporting both onsite imaging needs and remote operations through collaboration with the ROCC. You help coordinate patient flow, assist with complex cases, and keep workflows moving efficiently.

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) – Required
