Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
• Valid state licensure current (where required).
• 1–2 years of X-ray experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and ensure results meet standards.
• Manage your own workflow and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain patient empathy and ensure infection control.
• Mentor and guide students during their rotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision and clinical expertise: You perform high‑quality diagnostic X‑ray exams with correct technique and positioning, evaluate your own images for technical quality, and produce diagnostic‑grade results that physicians count on—right the first time.
• Mastery of standards and systems: You know your anatomy, protocols, and equipment. You are proficient in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems, apply ALARA radiation safety principles without being reminded, and maintain clean, complete, real‑time documentation.

Essential Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required

• Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program

• Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates
• Ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision
