Responsibilities

The role involves:

1. Maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
2. Preparing exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
3. Performing nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and other clinical tasks.
4. Monitoring patients, charting, reporting changes, and taking necessary actions.
5. Operating X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
6. Explaining procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort during scans.
7. Ensuring imaging equipment is in proper working condition.
8. Maintaining supplies and equipment.
9. Assisting patients using Virtual Medicine Providers.
10. Completing and forwarding patient charts accurately and timely.
11. Adhering to the company's core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality care, and friendliness.
12. Maintaining positive relations with clients and colleagues.
13. Performing other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

• Completing preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
• Engaging with Learning and Development for onboarding and training.
• Welcoming new employees, conducting tours, and overviewing clinic processes.
• Establishing training plans and schedules, and communicating progress.
• Submitting evaluations of trainees' progress.
• Completing final evaluations and proofs of proficiency.

Experience and Education

• At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or Urgent Care setting.

• For Indiana residents: Possession of a State License and ARRT License for Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

License: Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, ARRT Certification, Full Scope State License.
