Job summary

Bethany Medical in North Carolina is seeking a Weekend X-Ray Technician to join our multi-specialty group serving High Point and surrounding areas. You will work closely with providers and patients to ensure quality care.

This every-other-weekend (Saturday and Sunday) position requires efficiency in imaging, patient interaction, and safety, with opportunities across our network of clinics in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and nearby communities.

Qualifications

• Certificate of completion from a radiography tech-accredited program.
• 1+ years of experience in Family Practice, Neurology, Pain Management, and Internal Medicine preferred.
• X-ray students are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent documentation skills; Allscripts Pro Suite experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Bethany Medical, located in High Point, Winston-Salem, Kernersville, Jamestown, Greensboro, Mt. Airy, and North Wilkesboro, is seeking an X-Ray Technician to work closely with our Providers and patients to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction.

This Is An Every-other-weekend (Saturday And Sunday) Position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Explaining procedures to patients and answering questions
• Preparing equipment for use as needed
• Preparing examination space for patient exams
• Positioning patients for imaging exams
• Monitoring patients during exams
• Ensuring the safety of patients during exams
• Customer service and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to establish and maintain a working relationship with management, staff, and patients
• Ability to retain information and pay attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Prefer that the applicant has a certificate of completion from a radiography tech-accredited program
• 1+ years of experience in Family Practice, Neurology, Pain Management, and Internal Medicine is preferred
• X-ray students are encouraged to apply
• Must possess excellent documentation skills; experience with Allscripts Pro Suite is a plus
