Job summary

Concentra in Meridian, ID is hiring a X Ray Technician Limited Scope with a focus on patient care and accurate imaging. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8a-5p, with a bonus opportunity up to $2,500 and a 40-hour workweek.

The role performs routine X-ray exams under supervision and supports medical procedures, DOT/non-DOT testing, and front/back office tasks while maintaining HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Limited Scope Technician certificate and state license required, if applicable.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• At least six months of medical assistant experience with X-ray knowledge requested.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and escort to rooms; assist positioning for x-ray exams.
• Operate radiologic equipment and ensure safety and proper exposure per protocols.
• Maintain radiology equipment and ensure documentation and EMR cross-references.
• Perform DOT/non-DOT testing, vitals, phlebotomy, vaccines, and assist clinicians as needed.
