Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care in Arkansas is seeking staff to perform diagnostic x-ray procedures and Medical Assistant duties. The role includes operating imaging equipment, developing films, preparing exam rooms, and providing patient care under provider supervision.

Greet patients, document vital signs, and assist with transfers. Must hold AR State X-Ray License and BLS; ARRT certification is preferred. Full-time with rotating 12-hour shifts and every-other weekend, benefits available.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification is required.
• AR State X-Ray License is required.
• ARRT Certification is preferred.
• Medical Assistant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and communicate wait times effectively.
• Assist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision.
• Accurately document vital signs, patient history, and other relevant information.
• Prepare patients for radiologic exams, ensuring safety and proper radiation shielding.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report malfunctions.
• Perform quality control and ensure compliance with clinical and safety procedures.
• Maintain current licensure, certification, and ongoing skills development.
• Support front desk tasks as needed and provide excellent patient care and communication.
