Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to perform radiographic imaging for diagnostic purposes in a per diem capacity.

Responsibilities include operating x-ray equipment and producing high-quality images under radiologist supervision; the role supports timely diagnoses and patient care. ARRT registration, AMA-approved radiology training, and NYS licensure are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiology.
• NYS Radiologic Technologist License.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will operate xray equipment to make radiographs and/or computer images of designated portions of the body, under the direction of a radiologist and the supervision of a department supervisor. Use your expertise in X-Ray technology to assist with the diagnosis of rare and complex cases. This is a Per Diem position working on an as‑needed basis.

Preferred Criteria

• At least 1 year of experience
• ARRT registered

Required Criteria

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiology
• NYS Radiologic Technologist License
