Job summary

CARENOW - INGRAM MSO, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Licensed Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) for a PRN role in Texas. You will perform radiology procedures, assist with in-house lab work and drug screens, maintain records, and support front desk tasks as needed.

The role requires Texas LMRT licensure, BLS within 30 days, and strong customer service skills; you may work shifts and float to other clinics to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Radiological Sciences
• LMRT - Limited Medical Radiology Technician license in Texas
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is beneficial
• Ability to obtain a BLS Certification within 30 days of start
• Office Laboratory Assistant License if required by the state
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must obtain a Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment or promotion

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and quality radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by the attending physician
• Perform quality control checks/audits on radiologic equipment
• Perform drug screens, urinalysis and other in-house lab tests including processing specimens for reference laboratories
• Maintain records and logs on activities including in-house lab work, drug screens, and x-rays sent out to other labs
• Work closely with Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator and clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
• Ensure occupational client’s preference card is followed and occupational procedures are adhered to
• Cross train for front desk duties including greeting patients, checking in/out on computer, End of Day close out procedures, patient interactions, lobby checks and records release
• Work alternate shifts and may float to other clinic locations; coordinate with staff to ensure high quality care
• Assist with general patient care when needed

Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) who provides expertise and to be a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal X-Ray Tech who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

In this role, you will:

• As an X-Ray Technician you will perform timely and quality radiology procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by the attending physician.
