Job summary

Radiology Forward is seeking a Limited X-Ray Technologist to join our team. You will perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams, monitor patient well being, and address questions from physicians and patients. A state license/ARRT certification and BLS are required, with at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Qualifications

• A state license and/or ARRT certification may be required depending on state regulations.
• Must have BLS certification.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well being during exams and address questions about procedures.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient information and property; ensure PHI is protected.
• Safeguard medications on site according to policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during interactions.
• Establish cooperative working relationships with staff and patients.
