Ascension Health seeks a Radiologic Technologist for Diagnostic Radiology at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

This full-time role includes weekend options with a 0900-2100 schedule and a commitment to high-quality diagnostic imaging while adhering to ALARA. Responsibilities include positioning patients, adjusting exposure factors, administering contrast, PACS verification, patient monitoring, and maintaining equipment safety.

Qualifications

• BLS credential within 1 month of hire.
• ARRT Radiography credential within 180 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience or an associate/technical degree or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and select optimal exposure factors for high-quality images.
• Administer contrast media per regulations with ALARA radiation safety practices.
• Verify lead markers and patient history prior to PACS submission with 100% accuracy.
• Monitor patient stability during procedures and report abnormal responses.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintain sterile, organized environment.
