Position: X‑Ray Technician (Limited Scope Operator) – incentive eligible. Hourly wage estimate: $24.27 - $35.19 per hour.

Job Summary

Seeking a Limited Scope X‑Ray Operator (LSO) who provides expertise and is a champion of patient care. The role performs timely & quality radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by the attending physician, conducts quality control checks/audits on radiologic equipment, processes in‑house lab tests, maintains records and logs, and works closely with clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and quality radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment.
• Conduct quality control checks/audits on radiologic equipment.
• Perform drug screens, urinalysis and other in‑house lab tests, including processing specimens for reference laboratories.
• Maintain records and logs on activities such as lab work, drug screens and x‑rays sent to other labs.
• Collaborate with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure occupational client’s preference card is followed and occupational procedures are adhered to.
• Cross‑train for front desk duties, including greeting patients, checking patients in/out on computer, end‑of‑day close‑out procedures, patient interactions, lobby checks and record release.
• Work alternate shifts and float to other clinic locations as required, coordinating with staff to ensure patient care quality.
• Assist with general patient care when needed.
