Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer X Ray Screening Operator in Indianapolis, IN. You will use X-ray screening equipment to help identify prohibited items and maintain a secure environment while serving clients in logistics and distribution sectors.

The role is full-time with a schedule that includes evening shifts. The position requires at least one year of security experience, X-ray screening knowledge, and a high school diploma. A background check and drug test may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles and have a HS diploma.
• Background check and drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific screening procedures and reports.
• Screen packages, cargo, and personnel according to procedures and site requirements.
• Monitor screening equipment and access points, report irregularities, and document activities.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and perimeter as directed by location.
