Job summary

Doncasters Group is seeking an experienced NDT XRAY Level II Technician in Groton, Connecticut. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of investment castings used in aerospace and high-performance industries.

You will conduct radiographic inspections, analyze x-ray films, and help develop inspection techniques for complex geometries. Training support and audits are part of the role, with emphasis on NADCAP and AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• NAS 410 RT or DR certified NDT FPI level 2
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/specifications
• Firm understanding of gauging and measuring equipment

Responsibilities

• Conduct radiographic inspections of investment castings
• Analyse x-ray film and radiographs
• Develop techniques for complex casting geometries
• Support training initiatives and audits
• Maintain NADCAP and AS9100 compliance
