Job summary

Spectrum Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Software Verification Engineer to contribute to the development and reliability of advanced X-ray imaging systems.

You will design and execute verification plans, develop automated tests, and collaborate across engineering, service, and customer-facing teams in a regulated product development environment. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, documentation, and compliance with design controls such as ISO 13485, along with experience in medical imaging

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in electrical/biomedical engineering or computer science and relevant testing experience.
• Experience creating test documentation and reports in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDSAP and DICOM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute software verification and validation plans for systems and subsystems.
• Develop automated testing routines and configure hardware and lab networks.
• Investigate issues and collaborate with engineering, service, and customer teams.
• Prepare test reports and design-control records with deadlines.
• Support corrective actions and radiation monitoring requirements.
• Coordinate priorities across assignments and participate in training and industry events.
• Provide on-call technical support when needed.
