Tradition Surgery Center, affiliated with Regent Surgical Health, seeks a Radiology Technologist to operate x-ray/fluoroscopy equipment, ensure high-quality imaging, and maintain safety standards. You will prepare rooms, manage supplies, and document equipment testing and exposure controls under physician supervision.

Required state licensure, ARRT certification, BLS, and at least a year of fluoroscopy experience. Compliant with Florida health care standards and quality practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Radiology license (as required by State).
• ARRT certification (as required by State).
• BLS certification (as required by individual ASC policy).
• Preferred: Minimum of one year fluoroscopy experience.

Responsabilités

• Operate x-ray/fluoroscopy equipment and produce high-quality images.
• Select exposure factors and position patients accurately.
• Proficiently operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment.
• Maintain maintenance logs and equipment reports; ensure calibration and safety.
• Follow center exposure control plans and infection control standards.
• Prepare procedure rooms, assemble supplies, and assist physician as needed.
• Adhere to radiation safety practices and use monitoring devices.
