Job summary

University Radiology, the leading imaging provider in NJ, seeks a Per-Diem X-Ray/DEXA Technologist for its Eatontown Imaging Office. You will deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging in a patient-focused environment and cover shifts as posted.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certification, CPR, and DEP/NJ State License. Multi-modality certification (X-Ray/DEXA) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology School.
• Three or more years of experience preferred.
• ARRT, CPR and DEP/NJ State License.
• Multi-modality certification preferred (X-Ray/DEXA).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services.
• Cover posted shifts on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Adhere to department and facility safety protocols.

Overview

University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is comprised of over 200 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and all subspecialty areas. In operation for more than 60 years, University Radiology staffs, manages and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers and other medical facilities, and serves as the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year.

Responsibilities

University Radiology is seeking an experienced Per-Diem X-Ray/Dexa Technologist for our newly opened Eatontown, NJ Imaging Office. This role requires an experienced professional to provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services in a patient focused environment, who is willing to cover shifts as posted below.

Friday's

7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Saturday's

8:00 am - 2:00 pm (when we begin to open Saturdays)

*May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and mustbe able toadhere to all department and facility safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology School
• Three or more years of experience preferred
• ARRT, CPR and DEP/NJ State License
• Multi-modality certification preferred (X-Ray/DEXA)

Pay Range:

$35/hr
