Qualifications

• ARRT registered technologist in good standing.
• Graduate of AMA approved radiography program.
• Licensed Radiological Technologist in the applicable state.
• Current CPR certification required.
• CT certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate X-ray/CT scanner to acquire diagnostic images.
• Explain procedures and prepare patients for scanning.
• Position patients and adjust parameters for optimal imaging.
• Maintain patient records in RIS and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Support scanning department with protocol manuals and supplies.
