We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist with X‑Ray experience to join our brand‑new Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED) at South Fulton Emergency Care. This is a unique opportunity to help build a strong clinical foundation from day one while supporting high‑acuity emergency imaging in a modern, patient‑centered environment.
Under the direction of the Radiologist, the CT Technologist performs comprehensive computed tomography imaging for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across multiple body planes. This role supports the delivery of high‑quality diagnostic imaging for interpretation across the Grady Health System, including the main hospital campus and the Grady freestanding emergency department.
The CT Technologist effectively utilizes all imaging capabilities of the CT scanner, associated equipment, and advanced imaging technologies to ensure optimal image acquisition. The technologist maintains the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and compassionate care in both inpatient and emergency care environments.
This position plays a critical role in optimizing patient flow, supporting efficient study throughput, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely diagnostic results within high‑acuity settings.
