Next Move Healthcare seeks a Radiologic Technologist to join a 15-bed Critical Access Hospital imaging team in Imperial, NE. You will perform X-ray and CT exams, handle patient prep, ensure safety, and maintain accurate imaging records.

The role supports a four 10-hour day schedule with on-call nights and weekends, and offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus plus competitive pay. Active ARRT Radiography certification and Nebraska license are required; CT experience is needed though CT certification is not

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology or related program.
• Current Nebraska state radiography license and ARRT Radiography certification.
• Active CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform general X-ray and CT examinations per orders and safety standards.
• Position patients correctly to ensure diagnostic image quality.
• Operate radiography and CT equipment safely and effectively.
• Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and privacy.
• Apply radiation protection and infection control practices.
• Evaluate images for quality and acquire additional images as needed.
• Support imaging needs including urgent and emergency exams.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians and nursing staff.
• Maintain patient records in Cerner EMR and manage workflow.
• Assist with scheduling, equipment readiness and daily ops.
• Complete equipment QA checks and report issues.
• Participate in on-call coverage and rotating holidays.
