Job summary

Requires graduate of radiologic technology program, Texas MRT license, ARRT MRI or radiography, BLS, and cross-modality experience. Shifts include evenings and nights; compensation determined by education and experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Licensed MRT in Texas with ARRT registration.
• ARRT MRI certification preferred; multi-modality experience beneficial.
• Minimum two years cross-modality imaging experience recommended.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging per physician orders.
• Position patients and adjust equipment for optimal exposure.
• Apply radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot imaging equipment; ensure quality.
• Document procedures in patient records and EMR.
