Qualifications

• Successful completion of the Pilates Addiction Educator Training Program or current enrollment.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and Pilates fundamentals.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to receive, integrate, and apply coaching and feedback.
• Ability to work an agreed-upon schedule and assist with equipment setup and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group classes on the WundaFormer per training and safety standards.
• Use clear, motivational cueing rooted in movement mechanics.
• Provide modifications and progressions for varied fitness levels and goals.
• Create an inclusive environment that supports client success and retention.
• Maintain studio readiness, safety checks, and alignment with brand standards.
• Participate in trainings, workshops, and team meetings.
